Cluster analysis of co-expression

1. Choose region to analyse for co-expressed genes

The image below is an interactive map. Regions to be analysed for co-expressed genes are chosen by clicking into the area itself. Hovering above the region of interest shows the written out abbreviation of the area. Ubiquitous- and parenchymal expression are clickable areas as well. Only one region at a time can be analysed. The selected region is shown next to "Region to be analysed" at the right most bottom of the scheme.

2. Choose criteria for co-expressed genes

co-expressed genes can be restricted to be present in only one zone, in less than 5 analysed telencephalic regions or unrestricted in the number of zones the gene has been found to be expressed. Furthermore you can limit the number of genes to be analysed to a strong in-situ signal.
